Requests

Members ask here for a working digital membership card (from the waiver page, when nothing proved it was them), and on their My membership page to add family or change their email or phone. Approve makes the change. Decline sends nothing, so tell them yourself.

Renewals

From each membership's expiry date (its next due date). After that date a membership is lapsed; the middle list is the ones that lapsed in the last 30 days, worth a reminder first. Choose someone to open their record, then record the dues on the payments page to renew.
