Ask for access
Run matches or work the range here? Pick what you need and send it. (To be a member, use Join the club instead.) The club's owner (or someone they allowed to add people) sees your request and approves it. You don't have to send anyone your email.
Add people and give roles
This is where people get access to this club. Only owners can use it, and anyone an owner allows (see "Can add people" below).
- OwnerEverything: club setup, the waiver, payments settings, and who has which role.
- Range staffBook, change and cancel any booking; approve requests; run check-in; see members, applications, dues and payments.
- MD (match director)Builds their own matches and asks for match days and setup time, which staff approve. Can be someone from outside the club.
- MemberAnyone with a current membership: they Join the club, staff approve it and record dues on the Members page, and they sign in with the same email. Never added here. Sees availability and books.
Requests
People who signed in and pressed "Ask for access" on this page. Approve gives them the role shown (change it first if you like).
Add someone by email
Type their Google email and pick a role. Nothing is sent to them: tell them to open this page and sign in with that Google account, and their role is waiting.
People with a role here
"Can add people" lets a range staff member or MD use this box too: they can add people and answer requests up to their own role, but never change an owner or pass this on.
